Literature Text

Enslave the book, rewrite it
Slipping down the tongue and the sides of the shoe
To kick down the walls
And to disperse the bloody perfume
While the craven wolf howls
"There's nothing behind my funeral cowl."
Rewrite my life, enslave me
Give me a song that I can't sing
Ghostly ships with sinking lips
Shudder while vomit drips from my fingertips
Gripped by the arson, chemical nova
Only to discover that Jesus was behind the sofa.

God, I've been away for quite too long of a while.

An impressive display of synchronized abstraction.
